Why should we be the largest if we can be the most flourishing law firm in Latvia?

When on the crossroads of their legal carriers, attorneys at law Ineta Krodere-Imša and Ieva Judinska-Bandeniece arrived at a joint conclusion that it is easier to develop openness, in-depth analysis of the situation of each particular client and informal creative environment in a compact, specialised law firm uniting colleagues who feel the same. Their intention to create cooperation between the client and the lawyer that is full of understanding and trust leads to individual custom-made legal solutions.

Initially the firm was founded in 2000 by Ineta Krodere-Imša, a highly regarded intellectual property and litigation attorney and former partner at the Riga office of Carroll, Burdick & McDonough. In 2006 the firm was joined by its other partner Ieva Judinska-Bandeniece who before that had an extensive 10 years practice (four years in the status of a partner) at the largest Latvian law firm Loze, Grunte & Cers. With this merger the areas of practice and the range of clients of the firm significantly expanded.
